Praise Band and Orchestra

Praise Band and Orchestra Ministries:

This past year has seen the growth of a Praise band that is primarily, Drum, Keyboard and Guitar- driven. Drawing on talented people from our congregation, we provide the gospel message in a style that reaches out to all ages. Participants are chosen for both musical and spiritual qualities.

Calvary Baptist desires to minister to all ages through different styles of worship .

Because of the diversity of our congregation, we also use our church orchestra occasionally to worship with more traditional hymn and gospel styles. All music is orchestrated for our own musicians and is age appropriate as well. We use kids and adults together in this ensemble enabling the younger to learn from the older musician and bridge the gap between generations . All benefit from this great interaction.
