Baby Dedication May 5th and May 12th

Two Baby Dedication’s are scheduled on May 5th at the 8:00 AM service, and May 12th at the 10:30 service.  Any baby or child who has not previously been dedicated may participate in this.  See Pastor Roger or call the office to be sure to be on the list for the desired date.

SCBI – Mission Adventure Camp

MAC Camp is almost here!  Save the date, June 17-21, 2013.  Archery, riflery, drama, outdoor survival, crafts, swimming and the Blob are just a few of the activities kids will have the opportunity to participate in! They also get to worship with a cool band and spend the week getting to know real missionaries. It’s a week your kids won’t want to miss!

2013 Vacation Bible School

Anyone interested in helping with Vacation Bible School this summer is asked to sign up on the sheet on the bulletin board outside of the sanctuary.  VBS is going to be the week of July 15th.

WHAT IS ROYAL AMBASSADORS?

Royal Ambassadors (RAs) is a Bible-centered, church-based, Southern Baptist missions-learning ministry for boys in grades 1-6. The ministry involves boys in learning about missions through weekly meetings, mission projects, interest activities, meaningful relationships, and an advancement plan. For more than 100 years Southern Baptists have accomplished this in RAs through a mentoring relationship of Christian men to boys. Children in grades 1-3 are Lads, and those in grades 4-6 are Crusaders.
